Friendly Recruiter’ Earning

On Successful Referral of a Sales Consultant, a ‘Friendly Recruiter’ will get Rs.5000. In order to be a successful referral, the candidate must complete its probation period in the company. In general, probation period is of 3 months. If a referred candidate do not complete its probation period then also ‘Friendly Recruiter’ is eligible for referral earning. In case of non-completion of probation period, ‘Friendly Recruiter’ will get 8% commission on total sales (done within 3 months) done by referred candidate.

Job Description

  • Mostly work from Remote/Home location.
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
  • The role may require local travels based on your style of generating leads.
  • Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.
  • Obtaining and updating lists of individuals’ contact details.
  • Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.
  • Addressing clients’ uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
  • Noting important details of each conversation.
  • Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
  • Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
  • Obtaining and updating lists of individuals’ contact details.
  • Responsible for new business development involving prospect development, understanding business and technology scenario and needs, identifying opportunities, solution offerings to clients.
  • Responsible for selling multiple Solutions offered by B&B P. Multitrade LLP
  • Strengthen the company’s direct sales and business development capabilities.
  • Run targeted sales & marketing campaigns for business development

Qualification:

  • Minimum 12th Pass out but Good Communication is Must.
  • Should be a fast learner, high on energy and comfortable with a target driven environment
  • Effective Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Adapt new knowledge and software tools to increase productivity.
  • Understand the fundamentals of online sales, sales using software and sales
