‘Friendly Recruiter’ Earning
On Successful Referral of a Sales Consultant, a ‘Friendly Recruiter’ will get Rs.5000. In order to be a successful referral, the candidate must complete its probation period in the company. In general, probation period is of 3 months. If a referred candidate do not complete its probation period then also ‘Friendly Recruiter’ is eligible for referral earning. In case of non-completion of probation period, ‘Friendly Recruiter’ will get 8% commission on total sales (done within 3 months) done by referred candidate.

Job Description
- Mostly work from Remote/Home location.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Understanding and promoting company programs.
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
- The role may require local travels based on your style of generating leads.
- Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.
- Obtaining and updating lists of individuals’ contact details.
- Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.
- Addressing clients’ uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
- Noting important details of each conversation.
- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
- Obtaining and updating lists of individuals’ contact details.
- Responsible for new business development involving prospect development, understanding business and technology scenario and needs, identifying opportunities, solution offerings to clients.
