This service is designed to assist job discovery only and does not guarantee employment, interview calls, or job offers.
2. Subscription and Service Activation
The service will begin after successful payment and activation by SahiJobHai.
The subscription period will start from the date the first job notification is sent to the subscriber.
If the subscriber does not provide updated profile information or resume within 3 working days of subscribing, SahiJobHai may activate the service using the latest available profile or resume on record.
3. Non-Refundable Payments
All payments made for the Job Search by AI service are non-refundable once the service has been activated.
Payments are made for access to the service and job discovery assistance, not for guaranteed job placement.
Refund requests, if any, may be reviewed only in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of B&B Prasad MutiTrade LLP.
4. AI Matching and Job Relevance
SahiJobHai uses automated systems and artificial intelligence algorithms to match job opportunities with the subscriber’s profile attributes such as:
- Keywords
- Skills
- Experience
- Job preferences
Due to the automated nature of the matching process, SahiJobHai does not guarantee that every job notification will perfectly match the subscriber’s profile or expectations.
5. Job Information and Employer Authenticity
Job opportunities shared through the service may originate from:

- Third-party sources
SahiJobHai does not guarantee the authenticity, accuracy, or reliability of employers, recruiters, or job postings.
Subscribers are strongly advised to verify employer credentials and job details independently before applying or attending interviews.
6. Subscriber Responsibility
Subscribers are solely responsible for:

- Conducting due diligence before attending interviews
- Making travel or relocation decisions

7. Communication Consent
By subscribing to this service, you agree to receive job alerts and service-related communications from SahiJobHai through channels including:

These communications will continue for the duration of the active subscription.
8. Non-Transferable Subscription
The Job Search by AI subscription is non-transferable.
It is intended to be used only by the individual subscriber whose profile is registered on SahiJobHai.
Sharing or transferring the service to another individual is not permitted.
9. Right to Reject or Remove Information
SahiJobHai reserves the right to reject, modify, or remove any information, profile, or data submitted by the subscriber if it:

- Contains false or misleading information
- Is inappropriate or unlawful
This may occur before or after service activation.
10. Limitation of Liability
In the event of any liability arising from the use of this service, the total liability of B&B Prasad MutiTrade LLP shall be limited to the amount paid by the subscriber for the service.

11. Account Security
Subscribers may be assigned login credentials to access their account on SahiJobHai.
The subscriber is responsible for:

SahiJobHai shall not be liable for any loss resulting from misuse or unauthorized access to the subscriber’s account.
However, SahiJobHai will take reasonable technical measures to protect user accounts.
12. Accuracy of Information
The subscriber confirms that all information submitted to SahiJobHai including resume details, experience, qualifications, and contact information is true and accurate.
Providing false or misleading information may lead to suspension or termination of the service without refund.
13. Data Usage
Information submitted by the subscriber may be used by SahiJobHai for:
- Job matching
- Job notification delivery
- Improving the AI matching system
- Service optimization
This use will be in accordance with the SahiJobHai Privacy Policy.
14. Data Archival and System Maintenance
To maintain system efficiency and database performance, SahiJobHai may periodically archive older data.
Archived data may include:
- Job listings older than 180 days
- Job notifications sent more than 180 days ago
- Support tickets or service records older than 365 days
Archived data may be restored upon request where technically feasible.
15. Service Cancellation
Subscribers may request cancellation of the service by contacting:

16. Modification of Service

By subscribing to the Job Search by AI service, the subscriber confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms along with the general SahiJobHai Terms and Conditions.

By registering as a Job Partner, you agree to comply with the following additional terms.
1. Program Purpose
The SahiJobHai Job Partner Program allows individuals or organizations to refer job seekers to SahiJobHai services.
Job Partners may earn referral commissions when referred users purchase eligible SahiJobHai services.
Participation in this program does not create any employment, partnership, agency, franchise, or joint venture relationship between the Job Partner and SahiJobHai.
2. Eligibility and Registration
To participate in the Job Partner Program:
- You must be 18 years of age or older
- You must provide accurate registration details
- You must maintain a valid and verifiable account
SahiJobHai reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend any Job Partner application at its sole discretion.
For payment processing and compliance purposes, Job Partners may be required to submit identity verification documents, including but not limited to PAN, Aadhaar, or other government-issued identification.
3. Referral Methods
Job Partners may refer candidates to SahiJobHai through:
- Unique referral links
- Candidate profile submissions
- Direct candidate introductions
- Other referral mechanisms provided by SahiJobHai
It is the responsibility of the Job Partner to ensure that referral links are used correctly so that referrals can be properly tracked.
SahiJobHai will only recognize referrals tracked and recorded through its official systems.
4. Candidate Referral Responsibility
When submitting candidate information to SahiJobHai, the Job Partner must ensure:
Candidate Consent: The Job Partner has obtained clear and informed consent from the candidate for:
- Sharing their resume and personal information with SahiJobHai
- Processing their data for job discovery and matching services
- Receiving job-related communications from SahiJobHai
Record Maintenance: Job Partners must maintain records of candidate consent and may be required to provide proof upon request.
Failure to obtain valid consent may result in suspension or removal from the Program.
5. Marketing and Representation Rules
Job Partners may promote SahiJobHai services using ethical marketing practices.
However, Job Partners must not:
- Claim guaranteed job placement
- Misrepresent SahiJobHai services
- Claim to be employees or official representatives of SahiJobHai
- Use misleading or deceptive promotional statements
- Issue public announcements or press releases on behalf of SahiJobHai
Any promotional activity must accurately reflect the services offered by SahiJobHai.
6. Prohibited Activities
Job Partners must not engage in activities that manipulate or abuse the Program, including:
- Creating fake candidate accounts
- Submitting fabricated or duplicate resumes
- Generating self-referrals or artificial transactions
- Encouraging fraudulent payments
- Attempting to manipulate referral tracking systems
- Using automated bots to generate leads
SahiJobHai reserves the right to investigate suspicious activities and take appropriate action, including suspension or removal from the Program.
7. Referral Commission Eligibility
A referral commission will be earned only when:
- A referred user completes a valid purchase of eligible SahiJobHai services
- The referral is successfully tracked through SahiJobHai systems
- The payment from the referred user is successfully processed
If a user does not complete signup within 30 days of the referral, the referral may expire.
Transactions that are later refunded, cancelled, or charged back will not qualify for referral commissions.
8. Commission Structure
The applicable referral commission rates are displayed on the Join as Job Partner page or Partner dashboard.
SahiJobHai reserves the right to modify commission rates, program incentives, or eligibility conditions at any time.
Such changes will apply to future referrals.
9. Commission Payment
Commissions earned by Job Partners will be credited to their Job Partner account after successful completion of eligible transactions.
Payments will generally be processed:
- On a monthly basis
- When the total payable balance reaches ₹1000 or more
Payments will be made through bank transfer or other approved payment methods.
SahiJobHai may delay commission payments if transactions require verification or fraud review.
10. Disqualification of Commissions
SahiJobHai reserves the right to withhold or cancel commissions if they are generated through:
- Fraudulent activity
- Policy violations
- Misleading marketing practices
- Suspicious or artificially generated transactions
If a Job Partner account is terminated for misconduct, any pending or unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
11. Customer Ownership
All users referred through the Job Partner Program become customers of SahiJobHai.
SahiJobHai retains exclusive authority over:
- Pricing of services
- Service features
- Customer support
- Platform policies
Job Partners must not interfere with customer relationships or service delivery.
12. Program Modifications
SahiJobHai may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Job Partner Program or any of its features at any time.
This may include changes to:
- Commission structures
- Referral tracking rules
- Program eligibility requirements
13. Suspension or Removal from the Program
SahiJobHai may suspend or terminate a Job Partner’s participation in the Program if:
- These Program Terms are violated
- Fraudulent activities are detected

Upon removal from the Program, the Job Partner must immediately stop promoting SahiJobHai services.

ERN Overview
The Employee Referral Network (ERN) enables job seekers to connect with employees of various companies (“Referral Associates”) who may choose to refer them internally within their organizations.
ERN acts only as a facilitation platform connecting Job Seekers and Referral Associates.
SahiJobHai does not participate in, control, or influence the referral decision of any Referral Associate or employer.

Definitions
ERN : The Employee Referral Network platform operated by SahiJobHai.
Job Seeker : An individual requesting a referral to a company through ERN.
Referral Associate : A user who is currently employed at a company and voluntarily offers to refer candidates through ERN.
ERN Ticket : A unique referral request created by a Job Seeker for a specific company.
Credits : Digital credits used within ERN to create or accept referral tickets.

ERN Ticket Creation
For Job Seekers: Job Seekers may create an ERN Ticket to request a referral for a specific company by requesting referral for a particular job. Creating an ERN Ticket requires payment of defined credits. Each ERN Ticket represents one referral request for one company. Submitting a ticket does not guarantee that a Referral Associate will accept the request.

Ticket Acceptance by Referral Associates
Referral Associates may choose to accept an ERN Ticket and attempt to refer the candidate within their organization.
Accepting a ticket requires payment of defined credits, unless the system identifies that the Job Seeker has already been referred to the same company through another Referral Associate.
Once a ticket is accepted:
- No other Referral Associate may accept the same ticket.
- The accepting Referral Associate is expected to make reasonable efforts to submit the referral internally.
SahiJobHai does not verify whether the referral was actually submitted inside the company.

Multiple Referrals
A Job Seeker may have multiple ERN Tickets for the same company.
Different Referral Associates may accept these tickets if allowed by company policies.
It is the responsibility of the Referral Associate to ensure that submitting multiple referrals does not violate their company’s internal policies.

Credit System
ERN uses a credit-based system for certain actions within the platform.
Credits may be:
- Purchased using approved payment methods
- Earned through activities defined by SahiJobHai
Credits:
- Are non-refundable
- Are non-transferable
- Have no cash value
SahiJobHai reserves the right to modify:
- Credit pricing
- Credit usage policies
- Credit validity

Responsibilities of Job Seekers
Job Seekers agree to:
- Provide accurate resume and profile information
- Submit ERN requests only for positions relevant to their qualifications

- Pressure Referral Associates for guaranteed results
- Contact Referral Associates outside the platform unless mutually agreed

Referral Associates agree to:
- Offer referrals only for companies where they are currently employed
- Follow their company’s internal referral policies
- Avoid submitting referrals that may violate their employer’s rules
Referral Associates must not:
- Charge Job Seekers any fee outside the ERN platform
- Offer guaranteed interviews or job placements
- Share candidate resumes outside legitimate referral processes

- Acceptance of ERN tickets
- Internal submission of referrals
- Interview calls
- Job offers

SahiJobHai is not responsible for:
- Actions of Referral Associates
- Hiring decisions of companies
- Communication between Job Seekers and Referral Associates

Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Create fake employee profiles
- Pretend to work for companies where they are not employed
- Submit false resumes or candidate information
- Attempt to bypass the ERN credit system
- Offer or request payments outside the platform for referrals
- Harass or pressure other users
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent ban from ERN.

Fraud Prevention
SahiJobHai reserves the right to:
- Monitor ERN activity for suspicious behavior
- Temporarily suspend accounts during investigation
- Cancel fraudulent tickets

Non-Circumvention and Off-Platform Interaction
Users of the Employee Referral Network (ERN), including Job Seekers and Referral Associates, agree not to bypass the ERN platform to conduct referral-related activities outside SahiJobHai.
Specifically, users agree that they will not:
- Request or provide referrals outside the ERN platform after establishing contact through ERN.
- Share personal contact details with the intention of avoiding the ERN ticket or credit system.
- Conduct referral arrangements, payments, or agreements outside SahiJobHai that originate from interactions on ERN.
All referral interactions initiated through ERN must be completed using the platform’s official mechanisms, including the ERN ticket and credit system.
If SahiJobHai determines that users have attempted to bypass the platform to conduct referral activities independently, the Company reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate the user’s ERN access.
- Cancel associated tickets or credits.
- Restrict future participation in the ERN network.
SahiJobHai may use reasonable technical or operational methods to detect such circumvention activities.

Employment Verification of Referral Associates
To maintain the integrity of the Employee Referral Network (ERN), Referral Associates may be required to verify their employment with the company for which they offer referrals.
SahiJobHai reserves the right to request reasonable proof of employment, which may include:

- Public professional profile (such as LinkedIn)
- Employee identification or other employment verification documents
Referral Associates must ensure that their employment information remains accurate and up to date.
If a Referral Associate changes employers or leaves the company, they must update their ERN profile accordingly.
SahiJobHai reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or remove accounts if employment verification cannot be reasonably confirmed.

Good Faith Referral Effort
When a Referral Associate accepts an ERN Ticket, they agree to make a genuine and reasonable effort to refer the Job Seeker within their organization in accordance with the company’s internal referral policies.
Accepting a ticket without the intention of making a referral, repeatedly accepting tickets without reasonable action, or intentionally delaying referrals may be considered misuse of the ERN system.
SahiJobHai may monitor referral activity patterns to detect such misuse.
If misuse is detected, SahiJobHai may take actions including:
- Warning the user
- Temporarily restricting ERN access
- Suspending or removing the Referral Associate from the ERN platform
SahiJobHai does not verify or guarantee that a referral has been submitted internally and is not responsible for the outcome of any referral.

Fair Use of ERN by Job Seekers
Job Seekers must use the ERN system responsibly and avoid excessive or abusive use of referral requests.
The following practices are discouraged and may be restricted by the platform:
- Creating an excessive number of ERN Tickets for the same company
- Repeatedly requesting referrals that are unrelated to the Job Seeker’s qualifications
- Using ERN for purposes other than legitimate job search
SahiJobHai may implement reasonable limits on ticket creation or introduce additional verification steps to ensure fair usage of the platform.
If misuse of the ERN system is detected, SahiJobHai may:
- Restrict the creation of new tickets
- Suspend the Job Seeker’s ERN access
- Remove tickets that violate platform policies

Suspension or Removal from ERN
SahiJobHai may suspend or remove any user from ERN if:
- These terms are violated
- Fraudulent activities are detected
- User behavior harms the integrity of the platform
